Both my phone and my wife,s phone keeps droping calls in the middle of conversations.

Ever since T-Mobile bought Metro are phone no longer have cell service in the areas that we had before , also are service at the house is really bad, and are phones will drop call all the time now and that has never happened until just the last couple of months and seems to be getting worse all the time, if this doesn't change for the better I will have to find a new carrier and based on who now owns Metro it looks like I can scratch T-Mobile from the list as well. If you have any suggestion I' am willing to give them a try before I make the change.

Initially got service, then it disappeared

We were referred to My Phone Support from Microsoft tech support, we thought they were Microsoft, but they are not. Had good support at first, but now can't get through to them and they won't call back. Absolutely terrible (i.e., non-existent) customer service. Don't give them your money!

I've been with my phone support for about 5 years but now I will need to find a more reliable service. My phone support used to be reliable 24/7. Now when I need help, all techs are busy and someone will call me back which may be days if at all. I don't know has what happened but they aren't my phone support they used to be. When I call for help I should expect it then not later, if at all !!

It's a scam/ripoff

So basically, my computer was randomly crashing and blue screen-ing and sometimes wouldn't start up, so I called them because I wanted to review their company.

They asked for remote PC access. So I did that. They claimed my computer has viruses (which my computer was all clean). They showed a list of errors (which if you search it online, it is perfectly normal and they occur occasionally).

They charged $200 for "security" and $99 for a one-time fix with 7-day warranty. I didn't pay for it because this sounds like a total ripoff. I (obviously) declined the offer. This is definitely the stupidest ripoff I have ever heard of.

I'm actually good with computers and technology and later fixed it myself. The actual problem was that my hard drive was dying and had completely nothing to do with viruses or malware.

Now I understand they are out of business I called their number to get my money back - 888 68 **** and there is no such number. Discover will not refund my money. They tell me to contact the merchant. Hands are tied. What should I do? Sad that these companies target the elderly. Important not to answer a land line during the day. Sounds like you paid via either a debit card or gave them your bank info. Either way, you got scammed.

If you actually paid with a debit card you need to stop using that method of payment as now you know how dangerous it is to pay for something and have your money taken from your account immediately. Credit cards are the safest if you must use a card.
