I found My phone support on the Microsoft web site so I thought it would be good. Wrong in my opinion!
First of all I could not understand her. I have talked to them a couple of times and I have had this problem both times. The first thing they want to do is have access to your computer. I said no to the last tech support person and to just walk me through it.
She was not good at doing that. Every minute or so she said she needed to access my computer.
I think this happened probably about 4 or 5 times maybe more. I could not understand her more than half the time!
